This is an adorable private cottage in trendy Echo Park. One bedroom and a day bed in the living room. It also has a working area, plenty of outdoor space and parking.

Please while traveling use makeup remover whips or substitute for removing makeup! It is not always possible to get these stains out of our towels and linens! -Stained towel fee $10/per -Stained linen fee $40/per No cigarettes or tobacco smoking in the house - smoking fee : $200 - lost key fee: $ 50

My house is on a residential/industrial street in Echo Park. It is not the prettiest street but my property is gated. In the +10 years I've lived here, I've never had a problem.
